Question Incorporating UD2 - Can lift only on weekdays

Good Morning All,
I just finished the book and after 2 years of bulking/cutting/weight training/cardio, I have managed to lose about 60 lbs. I am now focused on losing some BF and I intend to follow the cut as explained in the book.
However, I do have an issue that I hope someone can help me with. The cut routing explains in great detail about having the routine that extends until Saturday. However, I can only workout Monday-Friday (I can do cardio on saturday and Sunday at home). My Gym workouts are M-F at noon.

How can I / Or can someone recommend me a variation where in, I can still follow the protocol without having to hit the gym on Saturday.

Would the following work?
Cut routine

Sunday - Cardio/ Depletion via cardio - Low carb / low calorie
Monday- Depletion - Low carb/ low calorie
Tuesday - Depletion - Low carb / low calorie
Wednesday - Cardio - Low carb / Low calorie
Thursday - Carb Load from breakfast to dinner - High intensity
Friday - Carbs load breakfast and lunch(power workout at noon), Dinner variable
Saturday - No training / Cardio - Variable

Does this sound like a plan ? Any feedback would be of great help!
Thank you all!

It could work if you can workout at another time besides noon and don’t mind having the diet days fall on a weekend. But if neither of those is possible you’ll need to pick a different diet.

Sun diet no workout
Mon diet, full depletion
Tues diet no workout
Weds diet, tension in evening
Thurs carb load
Fri power at noon
Sat diet variable day
