![]() Hello
I am not sure of i understanding this right. But what i dont understand is with the ud2 mass variant is if you need be in a surplus in the and of the week? Let me explain: So a normal standard bulk you eat 300 kcal above your maintenance kcal a day. So if your maintenance 3000 kcal a day, than you have a maintenance of 21000 kcal a week. With everyday 300 kcal on top you eating 23100 kcal a week. (thats about 2100 kcal surplus above maintenance kcal a week) So what i don't understand is with ud2 mass is: Is the intention that the end of the week (The last 4 carb-up days) ends with 2100 kcal above maintenance? So the first 3 low carb days eating at maintenance kcal (or 10% below) and the following carb-up days you eat so many carbs that your end with a surplus of 2100 kcal? or is this not the case... Sorry for my bad English, but i hope you understand what i asking here. |
