That photo from before your diet break is 15-17%. Not sure who would have put you lower than that.

A couple of folks. You are pretty much the only one giving a very different estimate.

I got estimates of 13% back then. Whatever, its a couple of kgs difference, whether 15 or 17, the difference is not huge.

I know it's not reliable, but my scale is giving me between 18% and 20%. It sounds reasonable, but I don't want to be overly optimistic. Pic is relaxed, not flexed. Area at the bottom of my stomach is fat. Edit: I'm 5'7" and 165 lbs. if that helps.
Any guesses? Here's another.

5"11, 186lbs

Since I can't see my abs I know for sure I'm above 18%. However if I flex I can see top 4 so I'm guessing 20%-23%

At the risk of polluting the responses, here are readings I took myself. I used (x4) different types:

Slim Guide C‑120 Skinfold Caliper, 3 pt chest/thigh/abs: 10.5%
Manual skinfold calipers (I decide pressure manually), 3 pt chest/thigh/abs: 13%
Eat Smart Precision Getfit Scale (normal body type setting): 15%
Eat Smart Precision Getfit Scale (athletic body type setting): 11%
