Fasting intermittently worked really well for me when I got into weight loss and will probably be something I get back into during long term maintenance.

Thanks for putting together an IF guide.

Take martin's advice; most people will not get it. I only bother explaining IF to open-minded people who are curious (and ask about it). I then direct them to Martin's site.

Also, thanks Martin for the guide. Can't wait for the book.

Exactly. The few open minded people I have pointed to Martin's site have loved it and made great progress with it.

Thanks for the guide Work.

Just say you don't get hungry in the morning. Job Done.

Something with the word "fasting" in the title will always seem a bit odd to some people.

I have been with Martin for just over a month now.... At first it was a struggle with the fasting but I am now finding my grove.... I am seeing results and finally seeing my abs with no loss of strength. Even gained some. Great stuff, I am in with him for the long term. The guide he posted really nicely sums up some great points and applications.

What will be in the book that's not already on the blog (please don't think I'm being snarky here- I genuinely want to know)?

More details. Specifics for training and diet for a variety of people. He mentions this on his site.
