I was about to start posting ud2 mass progress but.. there are too many failed attempts. I need to reserve a little dignity. Not going to post until after a month or maybe when I'm finished lol. [End pointless post]

Well I'm just finishing my 4th cycle of ud2 mass.

Still not going to post progress yet but what I will share is that I love it! It's really not such a pain as I've been led on about. It's great if you like to keep things interesting. Lots of different rep ranges, lots of different kinds of days dietwise. for ud2 fat loss there's a lot less wiggle room and the low cals days are hard but for ud2 mass the depletion days are my favorite, you pretty much get to lift to your hearts content at 12-15 reps so it's a lot of fun.. hard, not excruciating, but fun.
I've been using DC training for the power days to save some time and have been having amazing results. I've just had to make sure I set aside two recovery days and skip the static holds.
Man it was hard transitioning my mind to allow me to gain wieght. Did a lot of stupid things with my diet like keeping cals too low or going to high. But I finally got things dialed in.
Also I've been carbing up with almost exclusively rice and have been having the best carb ups but they aren't as much fun, but I've been doing it to avoid as much fat gain as possible.
I'll probably be doing this for another 4 weeks and then taking a 2 week break to back off the volume, choose some different movements, and do a dexa scan.

Anyways Now that I got things dialed in I'm looking forward to the next few months
