Day 21 - January 3rd

Starting Weight - 122.3kg
Current Weight - 118.8kg

Still the same weight, but no biggie, weight loss isn't linear and there a multitude of factors that could cause some form of water retention, and scale should be a assistant and not the coach, as long as I am in a deficit I am using up more energy than I consume and I have been very strict so I know thats the case, along with the fact I haven't been able to go to the bathroom lately lol, looking forward to a decent drop next week!

NEXT WEIGH IN on the 10th January

Breakfast - 318 Calories

Cucumber - 42 calories
Fibre Force - 15 calories
Mini Poppadoms - 261 calories

Dinner - 721 Calories

Beef Steaks 680g - 721 calories

Calories : 1039
Protein : 165g
Carbs : 29g

Notes:
- slightly lower protein than I usually take, but I didn't take into consideration how much beef I actually needed prior LOL.

Exercise
- core exercise, and 30 minutes brisk walking

- was slightly caught up with work, forgot to post.
