Default The Full Diet Break and Carb Cycling?

Can the break still be successful if you carb cycle. On my non-workout days I would consume at least 150g of carbs, in order to follow the guidelines from the flexible dieting book. My only concern is whether below maintenance calories on those non-workout days are going to cancel the purpose of the diet break? Or is it just better to eat at maintenance every day for two weeks? Thanks!

Latter.

Even tho carb cycling diets like my favourite EOD refeed brings the question of necessity of diet breaks. My gut says yes, you still need a diet break, but you can go longer before needing a break, IMO and IME.
