Default bipolar medication and diet

I lost 12 kg ( 82->70 ) due to diet made of milk and sausage after having abilify stopped with my pdoc ( due to sleepwaking )
now we stopped lithium, because of sleepwalking ( another neuroleptikum introduced ). reason to be excited…sound too cryptic?

I don't have anything useful, but I wondered if you have taken zolpidem at any point in your life?

Yes, indeed I once was on it, but there was paradox effect. I didn't sleep more than 2 hours having been on zolpidem or zopiclone.
Something weird with my CYP3A4 (liver enzyme). Might have to do with it. Physicians can't explain at this point.

interesting question anyhow!
Interesting forums here in general, I need to say.

topic change: I had 5:2 fast diet for about a duration of 4 weeks, followed by a break which lasted about 2 weeks (during x-mas time). Now hunger and appetite are really ( majorly? ) decreased. I am waiting for further results.
I did eat what I wanted, also on "hungry days" ( not necessarily very lowcarb, just a bit ).
