Default Ground Flax Seeds vs Whole Flax Seeds

I'm reading that whole flax seeds will just 'pass through' the digestive system and will miss the nutritional benefits. Does it really make a difference?

Test it and try. Eat some seeds. Check poo for the next 2-3 days.
