Overdid the free meal but not to the extent that I did last week so progress. Since D2, I've been under the weather and my appetite hasn't been great. I therefore eased a little on the carb restriction to make the food more appealing and relied more on protein powder to make up the protein numbers.

Feeling better although my appetite isn't back to normal. I only start feeling hungry after noon and the larger or more frequent meals I have to eat to hit the day's protein are taxing to the extent that I just needed a break on D7. Next week, I'll start the day with a protein shake to allow for regular-sized or less frequent meals later on. One upside to the loss of appetite is that I only reach for my plain hot chocolate once a day if that.

Better free meal control although I'm still at more than one dessert which probably isn't ideal. I'll have to start making my own dessert as there's a better chance of satisfying my sweet tooth with less that way.

Played this week largely by ear as it's around that time when my hormones play havoc with my entire life. Being less restrictive with carbs really helps me get through this time of the month. However, I didn't need to go above maintenance on D5 and that was just a consequence of not having a plan. Overall, feel pretty good about this week considering.
