Default Flexible Dieting, Endurance Sports, and Fat Loss

Hey all, I could use some input on which book to purchase/follow

A bit of background information:
19yo M, 5'7" ~140 lb and around 15% bf
I am a triathlete/cyclist and will be competing in both over the next 3-4 months or so. I also lift 2-3 times a week in addition to my endurance training (squats/deads/bench in the 3-5 rep range plus some assistance stuff).

I'm looking to drop around 3-5% bf (carrying around too much extra flab from some spectacular holiday binges) in a manner that won't interfere with my training too much. Previously I also struggled with eating at maintenance (some minor body image issues) which led to inevitable leanness obsessed skinny guy under eating, my training suffering and the eventual holiday GFH stint (went from 131-140 over 3 weeks). Both of these suggest the guide to flexible dieting to me, but I just wanted to make sure that it was worth the buy for someone in my situation.

Thanks!

Yes, I think that's your best choice. You can arrange free meals/refeeds around your heaviest/most important training days.
