Any considerations if you wanted to program 20 rep squats with snatch and clean & jerk? Obviously it would be a bad idea the set before the quick lifts due to technique and back fatigue considerings, but are there any other considerations?

Are there any benefits over Myo-reps/Doggcrapp? Or are they basically the same thing?
