Default Switching program after GBR

Ive completed my third GBR cycle and would have to swith to FBW soon. Is this one balanced?

A1
Squat 3x5
Bench Press 3x5
Pull-ups with dumbell 3x5
Triceps 3x10
Kroc Rows 3x8
Calves 3x8
Ab work 3x12

A2
Squat 3x5
Overhead Press 3x5
Chinups 3x5
Dips with dumbell 3x8
Biceps 3x10
Calves 3x8
Ab work 3x12
