How low is low carbs on this plan?
Hi, guys. I don't have the book yet but am considering this diet for future cuts and wondering just how low I might expect to have to go wrt carbs. I will be eating around 2K a day on my cuts and am 135lbs (@20%) with an end goal of 125lbs (@11%) and then I will go down from there until sufficiently ript for a shoot.
I am asking about this because I already know that I die on anything less than 100g a day of carbs. I can do it one day but more than that kills me. I also know that I do not do so well carb loading. First problem is I cannot eat a lot of carbs (over 300g a day) and when I do, it wipes me out for a long while. (makes me sleep) I do not eat sugar or processed food so all my carbs come from vegetables, fruits, whole oats and occasionally a piece of whole wheat bread or roll. Because I don't eat any of the processed carbs I am wondering if it would be hard to do the "carb up" days and what I might expect to be asked to do on those.
If someone could provide for me a ballpark figure of carb ranges I would be able to comprehend the diet's suitability or rather my ability to work it.
