I like to be in the gym, like Lyle explains it for some people it helps adherence to diet and I am one of those people. Its low volume/high intesity with cardio afterwards. Its not set in stone though, I work shift work so it changes and will vary as I go. Some weeks it will be Upper/Lower and other weeks it will be Chest/Delt/Tri
Back/Bi and Legs/Abs. It all depends on what my schedule allows.

Sounds good. Whatever helps one be consistent generally works best.

I'd say closer to 25%. You have alot of muscle mass, so once you lean down you will look awesome.

I appreciate the input, it will be nice to lean down and see what I can uncover again. I have leaned down before to around 194 so my goal is to push past that point this time around. It was nice to wake up to abs everymorning lol

Good luck for your diet!!!!!
You need only to put away that fat.
Only for curiosity, why did you choose this diet?
You have quite big muscle, so maybe Rfl was better.....
