I am on the last week of UD2.0 although I haven;t run it to the tee that I would of liked to but had some progress. In Bali for 10 days at the end of the week so will use that as refeed time then run a more serious protocol when I am back. PS awesome pics man! |

macros: 1565cal, 267p, 44c, 25f weight: 73.2kg (-1.4kg) abdominal skinfold: 13mm waist: 81cm training: 3x5: bench, box squat, chin up notes: Training was ok-ish. Really like box squats. Guess I will do them instead of other squat variations for some time. Slight headache and brain fog, but manageable. Nice drop in water weight though.
