Default Bodyfat Estimation Thread

Since it was mentioned in another thread and since people ask often enough, I figured it was worth creating a stickied thread for people who wanted *estimations* of their bodyfat percentage based on pictures.

Basically, you can post your pics in this thread and folks will try to give a rough estimation of bodyfat percentage.

A couple of comments
1. Because of how the forum is set up, you can not upload your pics directly to the forum. You will need to host them somewhere else (i.e. photobucket, etc.) and link to them. Just as a suggestion, you will tend to get best results by posting pics from the front and back, full body in as little clothing as you feel comfortable with (e.g. bikini for women, bathing suit bottoms for men). Nobody can guess your BF%age through clothes is what I'm saying.

2. NO TROLLING. I'm serious here. No making fun of people or saying 'Bro, ur fat' or whatever. No exceptions.

Well, I'll be first to try.

Lousy pics from a lousy camera, but it's all I got.

Thanks in advance.

I'd guess around 13-14% also.

Still some ab fat there (way less than me though), and not much for cuts between the upper ones. Have you done much for weighted ab work in the past?

I'd also agree on the 13-14 range.

But, I'd put it at exactly 13.4%

Thanks Persianlady.

10%...nah. Up close and personal there's an annoying pouch of fat in the lower abs and as Lyle says, some back fat as well.

Question 24, 5'-8", 165 lbs.

24, 5'-8", 165 lbs.

What does everyone think? Don't cheat by checking my other threads

Comments/suggestions are welcome too. Which muscles are out of proportion, etc. I'd like to reach 175-180 at 8%. Right now I'm cutting down to 8%.
